The Management Board of Bioceltix S.A., with its registered office in Wrocław (the “Company”, the “Issuer”), with reference to Current Report ESPI No. 7/2026 of 9 March 2026 regarding the submission of an application for a building permit for the investment project titled “Manufacturing Plant for Biological Veterinary Medicines” (the “Investment”), hereby informs that on 9 June 2026 it received information on the issuance by the Mayor of Wrocław of a decision approving the land development design and the architectural‑construction design, and granting the Issuer a building permit for the Investment, which includes, among other things, the reconstruction of a section of a warehouse hall with social and office facilities for the purposes of laboratories with auxiliary rooms, as well as the change of use of part of the premises for the purposes of a manufacturing plant for biological veterinary medicines. The Investment is located at 1 Skrzypowa Street in Wrocław.
According to the content of the decision, an appeal may be lodged with the Lower Silesian Voivode via the authority that issued the decision, within 14 days from the date of its delivery. The decision will become final and legally binding upon the lapse of the appeal period or on the date on which the authority receives a statement of waiver of the right to appeal submitted by the last party to the proceedings.
Obtaining the building permit constitutes another significant formal stage in the implementation of the Investment, the purpose of which is to launch a manufacturing plant for biological veterinary medicines. The Management Board of the Issuer has considered this information material due to the importance of the Investment for the further development of the Company and its potential impact on the future financial and operational situation of the Issuer.
