The Management Board of Bioceltix S.A., with its registered office in Wrocław (the “Issuer”, the “Company”), hereby informs that on 23 June 2026 it received a statement from Mr. Piotr Lembas regarding his resignation from the position of Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company and from the position of Chairman of the Audit Committee, with effect as of 23 June 2026 at 12:00 p.m. As the reason for his decision to resign, Mr. Piotr Lembas indicated matters related to the performance of his other professional obligations.
Detailed legal basis: § 5 item 5 and § 10 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on the conditions under which information required by the laws of a non‑member state may be considered equivalent.
