The Management Board of Bioceltix S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (the “Issuer” or the “Company”) hereby provides the list of shareholders who, at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Issuer (the “OGM”), held on 7 July 2026 and continued following the recess announced on 23 June 2026 until the announcement of a further recess in the proceedings, held at least 5% of the voting rights at the meeting. At the OGM held on 7 July 2026, voting rights were exercised from a total of 2,139,558 votes, representing 38.67% of the total number of votes in the Company.
