The Management Board of Bioceltix S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (the “Issuer” or the “Company”) hereby publishes the list of shareholders who, at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Issuer (the “OGM”) held on 16 July 2026 and continued following adjournments announced on 23 June 2026 and 7 July 2026, held at least 5% of the voting rights at the meeting.
At the OGM held on 16 July 2026, voting rights attached to a total of 2,139,739 votes were exercised, representing 38.68% of the total voting rights in the Company.
