The Management Board of Bioceltix S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (the “Company” or the “Issuer”), with reference to ESPI Current Report No. 14/2026 dated 9 June 2026 regarding the receipt of a building permit decision for the project entitled “Manufacturing Facility for Biological Veterinary Medicinal Products” (the “Project”), hereby informs that on 23 July 2026 it became aware of the issuance by the Mayor of Wrocław of a certificate confirming that Decision No. 1128/2026 dated 8 June 2026, approving the land development design and the architectural and construction design and granting the Issuer a building permit for the Project, became final on 10 July 2026.
The decision became final as no appeals were filed by the parties to the proceedings. The Project is located at 1 Skrzypowa Street in Wrocław and includes, in particular, the redevelopment of a portion of a warehouse building together with its social and office facilities for the purpose of laboratories and supporting facilities, as well as a change in the use of certain premises for the purposes of a manufacturing facility for biological veterinary medicinal products.
The confirmation of the finality of the building permit decision enables the Issuer to proceed with the subsequent stages of the Project, including the commencement of construction works.
The Management Board of the Issuer considers this information to be material due to the significance of the Project for the Company’s further development and its potential impact on the Issuer’s future financial position and operational activities.
