The Management Board of Bioceltix S.A., with its registered office in Wrocław (the “Company”), acting in reference to the Company’s current reports No. 2/2026 dated 8 January 2026 and No. 3/2026 dated 9 January 2026, hereby announces that on 12 January 2026 the National Depository for Securities S.A. (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A., the “KDPW”) issued a notice pursuant to which the registration of 150,000 ordinary bearer shares of the Company, series O (the “Shares”), in the securities depository maintained by the KDPW will take place on 14 January 2026. The Shares will be registered under ISIN code PLBCLTX00019.
Accordingly, on 14 January 2026 the Shares will be admitted to trading on the regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A.
