The Management Board of Bioceltix S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (the “Company”, the “Issuer”), with reference to current ESPI reports No. 4/2024 dated 7 May 2024, No. 39/2024 dated 17 December 2024 and No. 5/2026 dated 29 January 2026, hereby informs that on 9 March 2026 it became aware that on 6 March 2026 an application for a building permit (the “Application for a Building Permit”) had been submitted on behalf and for the benefit of the Issuer for the investment project entitled “Manufacturing facility for biological veterinary medicinal products” to be implemented at 1 Skrzypowa Street in Wrocław (the “Investment”).
The submission of the Application for a Building Permit was possible after the environmental decision No. WSR-OS.6220.87.2024.AN dated 29 January 2026 concerning the implementation of the Investment became final.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Construction Law Act, the decision on the building permit should be issued within 65 days from the date of submission of a complete application. This deadline may be extended in the event that it is necessary to supplement the documentation or provide additional explanations during the administrative proceedings.
After the decision is issued, the parties to the proceedings will have the right to file an appeal within 14 days. In the absence of appeals, the decision will become final.
The Management Board of the Issuer considered this information to be material, as the submission of the Application for a Building Permit constitutes another significant stage in the implementation of the Investment and may be relevant for the assessment of the Issuer’s future financial position.
