Execution of a Funding Agreement with the National Centre for Research and Development for the Project “Innovative Cell-Free Biological Medicinal Product for Veterinary Applications (InnoBioVet)” under the European Funds for a Modern Economy Programme

The Management Board of Bioceltix S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (the “Issuer” or the “Company”), with reference to Current Report No. 10/2026 dated 29 April 2026, hereby announces that on 24 June 2026 it was informed of the execution of Agreement No. FENG.01.01-IP.01-A1B2/25-00 (the “Agreement”) with the National Centre for Research and Development (the “NCBR”) for the funding of the project entitled “Innovative Cell-Free Biological Medicinal Product for Veterinary Applications (InnoBioVet)” (the “Project”) under Priority I of the European Funds for a Modern Economy Programme 2021-2027 (FENG).

The objective of the Project is to develop a biotechnological veterinary medicinal product containing, as its active pharmaceutical ingredient, a mixture of biomolecules secreted by mesenchymal stem cells, intended for the treatment of canine atopic dermatitis. The Project will be carried out in a consortium with a scientific partner, the Jagiellonian University in Kraków.

The total cost of the Project amounts to PLN 19,504,920.70. The total amount of eligible expenditure is PLN 17,563,953.20, of which PLN 9,272,088.20 constitutes eligible expenditure allocated to the Issuer. The total amount of funding awarded under the Project is PLN 15,118,311.42, of which PLN 6,826,446.42 has been granted to the Company.

The eligibility period for Project expenditures commences on 1 October 2025 and ends on 30 November 2029.

The remaining provisions of the Agreement, including, among others, those relating to the Project implementation conditions, consortium operating principles, conditions for disbursement, suspension or repayment of funding, as well as Agreement termination and security arrangements, do not materially deviate from provisions commonly applied in agreements of this type.

The Management Board of the Issuer considered this information to be material due to the beneficial impact of the funding on the Company’s financial position and its potential to support the further development of the Project concerning the innovative cell-free biological medicinal product for veterinary applications (InnoBioVet).
