(Krajowy Depozyt Papier\u00f3w Warto\u015bciowych S.A., \u201cKDPW\u201d) issued Statement No. 8\/2026 regarding the conclusion with the Company of an agreement on the registration in the securities depository maintained by KDPW of 150,000 ordinary bearer shares of the Company of series O (the \u201cShares\u201d) under ISIN code PLBCLTX00019.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"593\" data-end=\"881\">The registration of the Shares is conditional upon their admission to trading on the regulated market (parallel market) operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A.
