Skrzypowa 1 in Wroc\u0142aw (the \u201cInvestment\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>The conditions set out in the operative part of the Decision, relating both to the implementation of the Investment and the subsequent operation of the facility, do not differ from standard conditions for this type of project, are in line with the Issuer\u2019s expectations and allow for the implementation of the Investment and subsequently the operation of the facility in accordance with its intended purpose.<\/p>\n<p>Obtaining the Decision enables the Issuer to submit an application for the issuance of a building permit.
