The Management Board of Bioceltix S.A., with its registered office in Wrocław (the “Company”, the “Issuer”), with reference to ESPI current reports No. 4/2024 dated 7 May 2024 and No. 39/2024 dated 17 December 2024, hereby informs that on 29 January 2026 it received the decision on environmental conditions No. WSR-OS.6220.87.2024.AN dated 29 January 2026, issued by the Mayor of Wrocław (Wrocław City Office) (the “Decision”), concerning the investment entitled “Biological Veterinary Medicinal Products Manufacturing Facility” carried out at ul. Skrzypowa 1 in Wrocław (the “Investment”).
The conditions set out in the operative part of the Decision, relating both to the implementation of the Investment and the subsequent operation of the facility, do not differ from standard conditions for this type of project, are in line with the Issuer’s expectations and allow for the implementation of the Investment and subsequently the operation of the facility in accordance with its intended purpose.
Obtaining the Decision enables the Issuer to submit an application for the issuance of a building permit. As a standard, a building permit is issued within 60 days from the date of submission of a correctly prepared application.
The Management Board considered this information to be material, as obtaining the Decision constitutes a necessary stage in the process of implementing the Investment and therefore may be relevant for the assessment of the Issuer’s future financial position.
