The Management Board of Bioceltix S.A., with its registered office in Wrocław (the “Issuer”), hereby announces that the Issuer’s periodic reports in 2026 will be published on the following dates:

annual report for the financial year 2025 – 28 April 2026;

quarterly report for Q1 2026 – 29 May 2026;

semi-annual report for the first half of 2026 – 23 September 2026;
-
quarterly report for Q3 2026 – 27 November 2026.
At the same time, the Management Board of the Issuer announces that the Issuer will not publish quarterly reports for Q4 2025 and Q2 2026, in accordance with the applicable provisions of law.
