In connection with the issue of series G shares, on April 23, 2021, an increase in the share capital was registered. All formalities related to our IPO are being proceeded according to the plan. We are currently waiting for the admission of shares in Bioceltix S.A. for trading. In the near future, shares are to be assigned to brokerage accounts. We will inform about the next stages of our stock exchange debut soon.
